Our Approach
With each new project, our approach is to work closely with you to capture your requirements. The next step is to provide prototypes of possible solutions so that we can use them to discuss with you before refining the model to achieve a ‘close fit’ solution. This approach involves more up front work but produces a better result – a more tailored software solution for you.
In practice, there are often many ‘little’ things that we can do to tailor the CMS system that are very useful to the on-site user. Sometimes this involves accompanying users on site to review how they perform their tasks. This enables us to identify procedures and processes where we can help.
For each project, we offer ongoing consultancy and maintenance support to help clients, with the level of support tailored to your specific needs.
Upgrades
The CMS can be upgraded to meet specific needs. As requirements change over time, this helps us to create an improved solution for our clients.
